We had Kong Construction put in all new vinyl flooring throughout the house and new carpet in the bedroom. They also leveled out some pretty nasty dips in my subfloor from recent water damage. Jay, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and prompt with replies. He even had my quote done quicker than I had expected. We have had other contractors quote the same job and we found Jay's pricing to be very reasonable. We would use Kong Construction again and would recommend it to friends.

We had a leak in our ceiling and Kong came over within the hour to check it out. They repaired the leak the same day and it was as good as new. They even took the time to clean up their mess and then some. We will 100% use them again!

Kong Construction came in and far exceeded our expectations! They refinished our stairs, hung a door, and put down new flooring on our entire first floor in just 3.5 days for an extremely reasonable price! Previously they have also replaced our garage roof (shingles and some boards underneath), fixed a build out on the side of our house that was falling apart, and are removing a tree that fell. Jay and his team created my dream kitchen. Demo took it down to the studs and the craftsmanship and attention to detail can be seen throughout. His crew was fun to have around and they left the area clean at the end of the day. They stayed on budget, worked well with the city and finished in the timeframe we needed.

Kong came out after I started having issues with a tankless water heater installed by a different company. They immediately identified the incorrect installation and were able to get it fixed right away.

These guys did such a amazing job on cutting a exterior wall and putting in a new door along with adding a composite deck to a existing deck for easier access to the backyard. These guys are our construction hero’s!! After being ripped off. By another contractor. On a bathroom remodel. To make a Handicap accessible bathroom. For my 88 year old father. We where left. Living in a hotel. Our home left dirty and our only bathroom unusable. Jashar came in and saved the day!! He would work late into the night. Fixing all the mistakes. The previous contractor had made. He communicated with us. Every step of the way. Showing and explaining issues he would come across. Giving us options for a solution. He got our bathroom functional and our home livable. Why is there not an option for 100 stars? There needs to be for Jay and Kong Construction. Fast. Efficient. Polite and informative. That's just a few of the most basic terms I can use. Jay responded quickly and did an amazing job! And while this was just a small project, I know the big ones look great, too. Their social media posts caught my eye, and I'm stunned at how much pride and care goes into the beautiful projects they've completed. I'm extremely happy I gave Jay and his team a call. Kong construction did a fabulous job laying 1200 square feet of vinyl flooring for us. It totally changed the look of our whole home. They were friendly, courteous, and very fast. I called them, and my floors were done by the next week. We got hit by a tornado during our remodel and they also repaired our facia. They cleaned up after themselves too. I really hate to give them a good review, however, because I don’t want them to be too busy to come at a moments notice. Lol. I will be calling them again soon, to do the rest of my honey do list.

The Kong team did a great job of replacing our roof. Jay and his team from Kong Construction completely rebuilt our deck. I can't say enough good things about the process. Luis and his 2 coworkers were respectful of our property and cleaned up everyday they worked. The deck was very well constructed and ended up being more beautiful than we had hoped. We did have a few issues that needed attention at the end but Jay had all of them fixed/corrected in a very timely manner and we were happy with the final outcome. I'm adding photos now that we got the furniture in place.

Kong Construction did a great job putting my kitchen back together after a water leak that required everything to be taken out. They were very professional, thorough, tidy and the kitchen looks great! Jay went above and beyond by going to bat for me with the insurance adjuster who was quite difficult to work with. Instead of just saying “let me know when you’ve gotten approval”, he sent numerous emails and even contacted a number of “top dogs” at the insurance company which got things moving. Came out last minute on Christmas eve to fix a busted water pipe due to these -30 degree Temps. Can't thank Kong and Jashar enough for literally saving Christmas. Didn't attempt to rush or take the easy route just because it's Christmas eve. Very easy going and polite. Straight to the point and clean work.
