We had Kong Construction put in all new vinyl flooring throughout the house and new carpet in the bedroom. They also leveled out some pretty nasty dips in my subfloor from recent water damage. Jay, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and prompt with replies. He even had my quote done quicker than I had expected. We have had other contractors quote the same job and we found Jay's pricing to be very reasonable. We would use Kong Construction again and would recommend it to friends.

My experience with King Construction has been professional and dependable. These guys did such a amazing job on cutting a exterior wall and putting in a new door along with adding a composite deck to a existing deck for easier access to the backyard. They also installed new French doors from a existing opening. I would highly recommend them for any job!! I hired them again to do the bathroom remodel and can’t wait to see how it turns out. Jay and his crew are professional and polite and kept me in the loop during the process. So pleased with how the projects came out!!

My dad had to have his kitchen remodeled after a small fire, and Kong construction made the process so easy and seamless. Even though state farm was complicating matters with filing the claim, Jay was extremely patient and professional about the whole ordeal. The kitchen looks fantastic, and the quality and responsiveness, along with the kindness and care put forth by Jay and his crew, made the remodel as stress free and smooth as possible. Came out last minute on Christmas eve to fix a busted water pipe due to these -30 degree Temps. Can't thank Kong and Jashar enough for literally saving Christmas. Didn't attempt to rush or take the easy route just because it's Christmas eve. Very easy going and polite. Straight to the point and clean work.

Why is there not an option for 100 stars? There needs to be for Jay and Kong Construction. Fast. Efficient. Polite and informative. That's just a few of the most basic terms I can use. Jay responded quickly and did an amazing job! And while this was just a small project, I know the big ones look great, too. Their social media posts caught my eye, and I'm stunned at how much pride and care goes into the beautiful projects they've completed. I'm extremely happy I gave Jay and his team a call. We had a leak in our ceiling and Kong came over within the hour to check it out. They repaired the leak the same day and it was as good as new. They even took the time to clean up their mess and then some. We will 100% use them again!

Kong came out after I started having issues with a tankless water heater installed by a different company. They immediately identified the incorrect installation and were able to get it fixed right away.

These guys are our construction hero’s!! After being ripped off. By another contractor. On a bathroom remodel. To make a Handicap accessible bathroom. For my 88 year old father. We where left. Living in a hotel. Our home left dirty and our only bathroom unusable. Jashar came in and saved the day!! He would work late into the night. Fixing all the mistakes. The previous contractor had made. He communicated with us. Every step of the way. Showing and explaining issues he would come across. Giving us options for a solution. He got our bathroom functional and our home livable. As he was in the middle of many other projects. His goal was to get us back in our home. He worked long nights to do that for us. Now he is returning. To take our bathroom from functional. To the bathroom we had dreamed of to begin with. His work is top notch!! He shows up at agreed times. He communicates well as the project progresses. Each day he left his work area clean. He treated our home as a home. Not just a construction site. Our home is old and has many challenges. Every step of the way. As a new challenge arose. He would let us know. Giving us many options as to how to solve each issue. Helping us stay within our budget. I can’t express how grateful we are. To have found a company we can trust. Not only to just get the job done. But to get the job done right. Along with the finished project looking beautiful.

The Kong team did a great job of replacing our roof. We hired Kong Construction to replace all of our plaster walls with drywall and to replace some roof damage from a storm. Jashar and his crew worked tirelessly day and night to make sure our house was finished in a timely manner. Not only do they work day and night, but they also treat your home like it was their own. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs!

Kong Construction came in and far exceeded our expectations! They refinished our stairs, hung a door, and put down new flooring on our entire first floor in just 3.5 days for an extremely reasonable price! Previously they have also replaced our garage roof (shingles and some boards underneath), fixed a build out on the side of our house that was falling apart, and are removing a tree that fell. There is literally no job too big or small for this wonderful crew! Thank you again Kong Construction!

I used Kong construction for a remodel and some odds and end jobs. Kong construction did a fabulous job laying 1200 square feet of vinyl flooring for us. It totally changed the look of our whole home. They were friendly, courteous, and very fast. I called them, and my floors were done by the next week. We got hit by a tornado during our remodel and they also repaired our facia. They cleaned up after themselves too. I really hate to give them a good review, however, because I don’t want them to be too busy to come at a moments notice. Lol. I will be calling them again soon, to do the rest of my honey do list.

I woke up this Christmas morning with a broken water pipe and had to shut the water to my house off. My friend recommended getting in touch with Jay at Kong Construction. Jay and his team created my dream kitchen. Demo took it down to the studs and the craftsmanship and attention to detail can be seen throughout. His crew was fun to have around and they left the area clean at the end of the day. They stayed on budget, worked well with the city and finished in the timeframe we needed.
